Terms of Service

1. Service Description

GEORAY is a property intelligence platform operated by PAY FIEDE CLAUSEN AG, Baarerstrasse 43, CH-6300 Zug, Switzerland (CHE-264.545.852). The platform provides property intelligence reports, AI-powered document parsing (including Nota Simple PDFs) and cadastral data aggregation for Spanish real estate.

2. Informational Purposes Only

GEORAY is provided for informational purposes only. Reports and data do not constitute legal advice, official property valuations or recommendations to buy, sell or finance any property. Users should obtain independent professional advice before making decisions based on any report or data provided by GEORAY.

3. AI Accuracy

Document parsing and data extraction use artificial intelligence which may produce errors, omissions or inaccuracies. Users are responsible for verifying all data against original source documents. GEORAY does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or reliability of AI-generated outputs.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PAY FIEDE CLAUSEN AG and its directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from or related to the use of GEORAY, including but not limited to decisions made based on reports, data inaccuracies or service interruptions.

5. Intellectual Property

Reports generated by GEORAY are licensed for the purchaser's personal or internal business use only. Redistribution, republication or resale of reports without prior written consent is prohibited. The GEORAY brand, software and proprietary algorithms remain the intellectual property of PAY FIEDE CLAUSEN AG.

6. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Use automated scraping, bots or similar tools to extract data from the platform
• Resell, redistribute or sublicense data or reports obtained from GEORAY
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to GEORAY systems or other user accounts

7. Payment Terms

GEORAY operates on a one-time payment model. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. No refunds will be issued after a report has been generated. Report packs are non-transferable and expire 12 months after purchase.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the use of GEORAY shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zug, Switzerland.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
